Terms

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms cover featured listings and sponsorship on MineralDigger (mineraldigger.com). Listing on MineralDigger is free. These terms only apply when you pay for something.

What you can buy

  • Featured show, £15: pinned at the top of the list for 28 days, or until the show date if that is sooner, a highlighted pin on the map, a Featured label on the list and the show page. Featured in the Friday email sent the week of your show.
  • Year pass, £99 for 12 months: every show you organise is featured for 12 months from the day you pay, with the same pin, label and Friday slot as a single featured show.
  • Site sponsor, £25 a month: your name, one short line and a link on the homepage and the type pages, labelled as a sponsor.
  • Friday email, £12 an issue: the only sponsor in that Friday email. Sponsor any Friday you choose (not tied to a show date).

When it goes live

  • A featured show is featured within one working day of payment.
  • A sponsor slot is live within one working day of getting your logo and message.

Renewals and cancelling

  • Monthly options renew each month until you cancel. There is no contract.
  • To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your slot runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

  • If we can't put your slot or featured show live, we refund you in full.
  • If the show is cancelled before your slot runs, tell us and we refund you in full.
  • Otherwise we don't refund part-used periods or slots that have already run.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds and are as shown at checkout.
  • Prices shown are the total you pay.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe, and you get a receipt by email.

Content

  • We can decline or remove anything misleading, unlawful or unsuitable, and refund you if we do.
  • We check details with organisers where we can, but always check with the organiser or auctioneer before you travel or bid.
